I ordered 3 of my favourite granola and was delivered an unknown bag of muesli. If the product is no longer available then please remove it from the webpage.

The issue has been resolved and refund received. To note: the customer service number is no longer in service.

They can only be contacted by chat. This is unfair to elderly, disabled and tech challenged people who do not, cannot, and are not savvy enough to do so.

We order uber kfc via uber eats.

1.5 hours later, the driver ate a lot of the food, what was left was cold, and he left it at the front gate and sent a text after he was far enough away that I couldnt challenge him.

Needless to say we werewolf going to eat food which had been touched by grubby hands.

Didnt know how to complain and the web site is unhelpful.

So never ever again will we use uber eats, and never ever user uber for transport, which I used to use on a regular basis.

My advice - never use this service.

Ive been trying to place orders from last couple of day but I couldnt place order through Uber eats application. Ive Been getting an error .

I ordered 6 acai bowls, but only received 3. I contacted them, but they kept insisting that they cannot issue a refund. This is the driver's fault for not checking the order and the quantity of the product that should be included.

I was charged for order I didn't order. Tied to em but no reply. And I have been trying to find your phone number but they are wr6

I ordered dinner for myself and my daughter. Nothing was delivered.

Now, $70 is a lot for a single mum. I want a refund for a meal I paid for which never arrived.

When I was paying I used my personal card instead of plus card and the money was defended to the plus card

They don't seem to have a customer support line. I did however get refunded a few days later for a order the supplier cancelled.

I had before Uber eat account but was brock last year now it been like 1year so need get back my Uber eat account please

I ordered a meal from McDonalds and have been waiting for and hour and a half I cheaked track my order and it said delivered but I didnt receive it

I didn't get my food delivered to the delivery address I typed in. But since you don't want to refund me.

At least You can by principle, give me a kfc voucher for the amount I paid for in good heart. Thank you.

As I'm still wondering who took my delivery. Plus I got another email stating there were products missing off my order.

My Oder was never delivered by this bike driver. After I change the address of the delivery (I paid as well), the bike driver said he can not come to my area.

So he meant to cancel the order.

He asked me for my pin and he used that pin to lie as if he delivered. But he didn’t know I had some screen shot of proof that he asked for my pin to end the delivery.

Being charged twice for same order.just want refund .will never use uber eats again. This is not the first time this has happened
